5 Things I'm Addicted To (or what you might not know about me)

I'm obsessive by nature.  So when I like something, I LIKE something. A lot. Like it's all I do.  That being said, there are a few things as of late that I've been enjoying quite a bit. Like to hear about them? Here it goes....

1.  MENTAL FLOSS Y'all. I LOVE this magazine. LOVE. It is one of the only magazines I read monthly, and kind of get sad when I'm done with the issue.  It's so random and quirky. It feels like it was made for me.

2. DRAGNET Since being introduced to the series on the radio via my local NPR station's "Big Broadcast" on Sunday evenings, my whole life has been changed by Dragnet. I love the stories and the storytelling, and Sgt. Friday is that dude.  If you prefer to watch it rather than listen to it, you can catch all episodes on Netflix and Hulu.

3. APARTMENT THERAPY If you follow me online (pretty much anywhere, but especially on Instagram and Facebook), you see that I am on a mission to be featured on this home interior site.  Not only is the site cool year-round in showing tours and interior design ideas (DIY and purchased), the Small Cool Contest being currently hosted is one of my favorite features.  Contributors submit photos and stories on their less than 1,000 sq ft homes, and then readers vote for their favorites. (Look for the Keilabeegoes Manor in that contest in 2015!)

4. IKEA LIFE AT HOME I don't know where I ran across this (probably Apartment Therapy...) but I love the concept.  Ikea took eight cities around the world and reported on people's morning behaviors.  It's pretty cool to see the diverse people chosen for each city, and the statistics for how people of that city wake up.  When you go to the link, Ikea will automatically direct you to one of the cities to review. My favorite was Stockholm.
